About the Role – HR Advisor
As a HR Advisor at Savanta (covering UK & Europe), you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers. Your primary focus is on transactional and operational HR tasks.
You will act as the first point of escalation to support the HR administration team with queries they need help with or unable to deal with.
In addition to your hands-on and transactional responsibilities, you will provide advice and guidance on various HR matters such as policies, employee relations, performance management, and mental health support. Your expertise in these areas will allow you to effectively address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
As part of your role, you would be involved in training and coaching the HR administration team in transactional processes and handling various queries. Your knowledge and experience will enable you to mentor and develop their skills, ensuring they provide accurate and efficient HR services.
In this role, you are a true generalist and have a hands-on approach.
Ultimately, you will contribute to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment where all employees feel valued and supported. Your role as an HR Advisor is vital in promoting positive employee experiences and driving the organization towards success.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Substantial experience at HRA level. With a strong generalist HR capability dealing effectively with ER issues
- Working knowledge of employment law in the UK and willingness to learn in new territories
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
