As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a HR Advisor, reporting to our Senior VP, to join our entrepreneurial and people focused team.


Our role…

Based in our North West London HQ, this role is currently stand alone and will support our growing business as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

The successful candidate will ensure our HR department supports our employees while helping ensure we stay abreast of the latest changes and best practices in employment law.


Responsibilities will include…

  • Working with the Board to continually review and improve HR practices, processes and initiatives
  • Assisting with employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Managing the recruitment process including posting job adverts, shortlisting CV’s and arranging interviews
  • Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new starters, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Preparing HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, offer letters, staff handbook)
  • Helping organise and maintain personnel records
  • Dealing with ad hoc HR related issues as they arise

You will have…

  • CIPD qualification (advantageous)
  • Proven work experience as a HR Advisor or other relevant role
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Some working knowledge of current employment law and best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour
