We operate 100 Care Comes and Sheltered Houses across the breadth of England. Our central HR function is progressive and well respected, so you'll be influential from day one. The Role
This is a home based role, with occasional visits to services. You'll be part of our great People Services Team, providing operational HR advice to our Care Homes and Sheltered Housing Managers. With a varied caseload, you'll coach and support our Managers to address complex disciplinary, performance, absence and grievance issues. The role also provides the scope to develop and improve policy and process. And we are about to implement a 'best-in-class' HR system to pick up routine administration, so that the Team can operate more strategically.
About You
With strong knowledge of employment law, you'll already be an experienced and accomplished Senior HR Administrator, HR Officer or HR Advisor, looking to make the next step into a more senior employee relations role with greater autonomy. You'll also know how to keep on top of a varied and demanding caseload, but also how to translate skills gaps into training and changes to policy and process.
