To help us to be the very best that we can be and to further build and develop our people focused approach, we are currently looking to recruit to a unique opportunity in our award winning, dedicated and progressive HR / OD Service. As a HR Adviser you will provide generalist HR advice in all aspects of employment/HR matters within your allocated business areas.
Working as part of a supportive wider HR team, the key responsibilities of this role will involve providing HR advice across employee relations issues including sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, capability and performance management as well as advising on change management initiatives and reviewing HR policies and procedures. There will also be opportunities to get involved in other interesting projects.

This is a fixed term contract position for 12 months.
