An exciting opportunity has arisen for person-centred, passionate, HR professionals to join our HR Advisory Team on a permanent basis. Both short listers are correct and we have both blocked out 8th June to complete this.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support our services to deliver a high standard of care to our service users. You will provide professional advice and support to managers on a wide range of employment matters including employee relations issues, organisational change, terms and conditions of employment, management of attendance, performance management, equality and diversity, employment legislation and policy, and good people management practice. You will be expected to efficiently manage a caseload of employee relations and sickness cases. You will build good working relationships with and service managers which enable you support the development of their skills and teams.
Hybrid working is an option, with most team members spending 1-2 days per week working from home.
