Location: Remote –Midlands, travel will be required

As a HR Advisor you will contribute to our vision of being UK’s leading property manager by:
- Providing an exceptional HR service to our teams, coaching and supporting line managers to develop high performing teams and deliver a high-quality customer experience to internal and external customers
- Providing support to line managers to effectively manage employee relations cases, employee on-boarding, ongoing personal development, talent and succession planning whilst ensuring proactive recruitment and workforce planning is efficient.
- Ensuring that our employees have a great experience which is engaging, well managed and frustration-free
This role reports to the HR Business Partner and is field based.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of employee relations support and case management to teams, including coaching and guidance with disciplinary, grievance, performance management, re-structures, absence, occupational health, exit interviews, TUPE, and providing legislative updates
- Support the HR business partnering team to instil a high-performance culture, developing and delivering on-boarding, talent and succession plans and ensuring teams are trained to deliver all elements of their job role to a high standard and provide a high-quality customer experience
- Through coaching and training, ensure your client group understand HR policies & procedures and our employee proposition
- Work with operational teams to develop employee engagement plans and improve employee retention for each team, resulting in a demonstrable improvement in colleague engagement scores.
- Ensure weekly and monthly metrics reporting is completed and provided to line managers and HRBP along with data management within the team
- Support and promote change and improvement programmes across the business to improve the employee experience ensuring it is engaging and frustration-free working in collaboration with the wider Talent and HR team.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience of managing complex employee relations cases and coaching line managers
- Has supported organisations with restructures, talent and succession planning
- Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all employees, from site based colleagues to senior management
- Experience of delivering training programmes in a classroom environment
- Excellent organisational skills; able to manage numerous responsibilities at once
- A good understanding of UK employment law and legislation
- Competent in analysing data and using Excel
