A bit about the role…
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR team as an HR Advisor based in our Aykley Heads Police Headquarters building in Durham.
This is a hugely rewarding role where you get to make a difference in supporting the Force vision and values by guiding and supporting internal and external stakeholders and recruiting a diverse workforce.
This is a fast-paced role where guidance, coaching and support is key, not only as a line manager to HR Co-Ordinator’s but to the wider force through exceptional service delivery.
An innovative and problem-solving mind is advantageous to enable you to administer, implement, maintain, and review appropriate HR processes and procedures and provide employee relation support as required.
