Our business is expanding and with this comes great opportunities for the development of our colleagues. It’s a real cliché, but there is an opening for an exciting but diverse HR Advisor to join our busy team. Reporting into our HR Business Partner, you’ll be partnering our sites with along with some travel as and when required.
You’ll be partnering our sites in driving forward initiatives including well-being of our colleagues and really understanding how our management teams and colleagues’ work. You’ll need to be on hand to assist with any disciplinaries and grievances as well as coaching our line managers to deliver effective resolutions and ensuring they have all the tools they need to be able to operate in the best way possible.
Competencies required:
- Demonstrable experience of HR policy and practice
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders and colleagues of all levels
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable delivering presentations & public speaking
- Strong eye for detail able to identify trends and interpret data
- Clean, UK driving licence
- Experience working with Zellis and Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not essential
Qualifications:
- Ideally CIPD qualified (level 5) or qualified by experience (3 years+)
- A strong track record of continued professional development
