Key Responsibilities*
- You will support the effective delivery of high quality and professional Human Resources service providing focused challenge, advice and guidance to managers across our business and ensure effective implementation of, and compliance with, all HR policies, procedures, and HR practices and standards.
- You will manage all stages of HR processes and work closely with the HR Manager to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Identify where HR issues / queries need to be escalated and referring them to the appropriate level of HR management to ensure the relevant action is taken
- Monitor, analyse and report on key HR Data/KPIs such as turnover of staff, sickness absence etc, identifying from the data key trends and working with the HR Manger to identify and address any underlying issues
- Create, develop and update internal HR policies and procedures on key HR processes as and when required to ensure consistency and efficiency of service within the HR Team
What you need to succeed in the role
Essential
- Experience of providing HR advice and support to managers including dealing with complex employee relations issues
- Experience of researching, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to differing audiences
- Ability to prioritise tasks, and to manage conflicting demands on time and resources, to deliver objectives
- Self-motivated – able to work on own initiative
Desirable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (post-graduate level)

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
