Introduction
If you are an experienced Administrator that is keen to learn and build a long-term rewarding career within HR, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
As someone who is well-organised and analytical, you will develop productive working relationships with colleagues at every level of our organisation in order to provide effective HR administration and support.
You will be looking to develop your experience and gain a qualification within HR, as you work flexibly between our Head Office in Borehamwood and from home 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Your key responsibilities will be
- Data processing and interpretation
- Preparing HR documentation
- Ensuring personnel data including right to work and DBS are kept up to date
- Continually reviewing and recommending improvements to HR processes and procedures
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a busy administrative role
- Able to work confidentially
- Ability to work well unsupervised, under pressure, deliver to tight deadlines and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organised and self-motivated
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- GCSE certification – Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
Desirable
- HR related qualification
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification
- Experience of providing ER advice
- Aptitude to learn and develop skills
- Knowledge of working with HR systems
