The Impact You Will Have
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR, the HR Administrator will be responsible for the delivery of HR administration. The role also collaborates with and supports the HR Team.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

    Assisting the HR Team with general tasks and employee queries as and when required

    Supporting HR Business Partners with the recruitment process, in coordination with the inhouse Talent Acquisition team

    Generating reports and providing data as required, both for the business as well as within HR

    Coordinating monthly HR payroll

    Leaver administration

    Monitoring our HR Mailbox in conjunction with HR Apprentice

    Providing administrative support for projects and to our Senior reward specialist

    Maintaining data quality to agreed global standards in EC, GIAM and HR.Net

    Being involved in induction meetings and exit interview processes

What You’ll Bring to the Role
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an HR Administrator, preferably in an international company, in a matrix and virtual-team environment supporting multiple locations

    With knowledge of UK employment law
