HR Administrator
WLMG are a multi franchise dealer group that has been established for over 25 years representing Kia, MG, Nissan, Fiat, Abarth and Suzuki, from our 4 current locations in High Wycombe, Reading, Eastcote and Ruislip.
Due to a restructure in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a new administrator to join our team.
Typical responsibilities and duties of this role includes but is not limited to:
· HR: Support colleagues in the recruitment process of new employees.
· HR: New starter contracts and paperwork, logins to all internal systems, induction process and reviews of staff/processes.
· HR: Organising and recording information in regards to the company uniform scheme.
· Payroll: Ensuring all paperwork and information is submitted to the Finance Director in accordance with the company processes and timetable.
· Health & Safety: Liaising with colleagues and other sites to ensure paperwork is up to date, arranging first aid training and fire safety training.
· General/Ad Hoc: Liaising with sites and providing information to our insurance company, diary management and collating reports for the senior team.
- Type/print/post letters/emails, scan documents, shred confidential documents.
The type of person we are looking for:
· You will be able to take ownership of your role and have an ability to communicate with all members of staff to arrive at the required outcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
· Must have an eye for detail and be extremely organised.
· No previous experience is required as all training will be provided, however you must have the willingness to learn.

Job type - Part-time, Permanent
Working 3 days a week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is flexible for the right person!
Hours - 08.30-17.30. This is flexible for the right person!
Salary – Flexible, D.O.E and work schedule agreed

Salary: Up to £16,200.00 per year
