Your Role:
We are excited to offer the opportunity for two Administrators to take the step towards a career in HR and build on existing skills. This is a fantastic “foot in the door” opportunity, as we’ll offer you all the on the job training you need in a busy but friendly environment, alongside the potential for a formal HR apprenticeship within this role.
Unlike many HR Administration roles, you won’t just be on hand for first line advice here- you’ll be exposed to all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle, working closely with HR Business Partners, Reward Specialists and our Recruitment team. You’ll join a supportive, organised and dynamic team where there is often opportunity to get stuck in to project work, ER work and payroll activities.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing the HR shared service mailbox, ensuring all queries are logged and assigned within SLA- Responding to general HR queries relating to HR processes, payroll, benefits, expenses, and HR policies
- Processing payroll accurately and in line with deadlines
- Processing offers of employment
- Undertake employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting background checks/verification of employment eligibility
- Supporting HR System administration, including responding to access queries and general

We’re looking for:
Demonstrable Administration experience- ideally within a HR environment, but if you’ve worked in a busy high-volume role and have the transferable skills below- we’d love to hear from you- Ability to work well at pace, dealing with conflicting priorities at short notice- you’ll be able to react quickly, adapt and be agile in your approach to work
- Flexible and keen desire to learn
- Highly Numerate- Ability to analyse numbers and confident with data
- Working experience and confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with others to achieve team goals and objectives
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- It would be advantageous if you have any level of CIPD qualification, and/or Payroll or Onboarding experience, however this is not essential to be successful with us, as we’re happy to offer this opportunity to the right person who is motivated to learn and work towards a career in HR
The financials on offer:
Annual salary of up to £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reviewed annually- Annual Performance based Bonus
