HR Administrator
V-Recruit are currently recruiting 1 x HR Assistant/HR Administrator, to be based in a Worksop-based Secondary School
This role is initially short term and temporary, to assist with a backlog of HR data input and admin duties but could be extended and become ongoing.
Duties to include:
- Assisting with the conversion of paper personnel files to electronic files
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding administrative duties
- Assisting with recruitment-related administration, such as references
- Other HR and Recruitment administrative duties
Job Specifics
- This is a full-time role, working on average 8 hours per day: Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, and 8am-3.30pm on Friday.
- Term time only, but some work may be available through school holidays.
- £11 per hour, plus accrued holiday pay
- This a temporary role currently but has the potential to be extended. You will also have access to apply for any permanent vacancies that arise within the organisation.
The candidate
We are looking for someone who has experience in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a Recruitment or HR office, although all HR-specific duties can be trained. The chosen candidate will be an experienced and skilled Administrator, and a confident communicator.
The chosen candidates will need to be reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. You will need to be registered on the DBS update service, with an enhanced check. V-Recruit are happy to pay for your enhanced DBS check, and registration to the Update Service, with a refundable £45 deposit.
We will need to take 2 x recent references and complete a comprehensive ID and RTW check prior to placement within the school.
