HR Operations
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the HR Operations Team in a busy and varied role. The HR Operations Team manage the contractual administrative processes and workflows of the employment lifecycle and support managers in delivering the associated procedures.
Acting as a first point of contact for the department on all employee lifecycle related queries, you will provide administration support on a wide range of HR processes covering terms and conditions, onboarding and HR record management. The main purpose of the role will be to deliver excellent customer service by providing an effective and efficient HR administration service and support to the HR Team. You may also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects to support the HR Strategy.
This is a varied role, so your flexibility, enthusiasm and professional approach will be a key requirement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a Human Resources environment, working collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team to deliver a first-class customer service.

From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £22,681 - £24,533, with the opportunity to progress to £25,742.
