We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team on our journey of improvement. You will provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Human Resources, Head of Employee Relations and a team of HR Business Partners, and will have the ability to work independently and under your own initiative.
You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and will demonstrate evidence of previous secretarial/P.A. experience including general administration, proficiency in using office technology including word processing, presentation software, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet. An excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisites of this role.
Personal attributes include a proactive and professional approach, good organisational capabilities, ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.
