Join our team at as an HR Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and effective HR services for Saïd Business School staff. As an HR Administrator, you will be a vital member of our HR Team, providing crucial administrative support to both Academic and Professional staff. Your role will encompass maintaining HR records, assisting with payroll processes, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining employee confidentiality while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of People & OD and HR Business Partners through administrative assistance.
  • Manage employee HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform data entry in PeopleXD system, including payroll changes, and generate required HR data reports.
  • Assist with monthly payroll changes, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accurate fund utilization.
  • Conduct right-to-work checks, maintain personnel files, and assist with work permit applications.
