UE05: £24,285.00 - £27,929.00 Per Annum.
CAHSS / Business School.
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months; Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week (hybrid format).
The Opportunity:
We are looking for someone who is well organised with a proven ability to plan and prioritise work, both independently and as part of the team. The successful applicant will have good IT skills, strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures, equality and diversity legislation and other relevant legislation
- Ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute new ideas to projects, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail is particularly important, given the sensitive nature of this role.
- Ability to build comprehensive knowledge of rapidly changing area of work, including relevant policies and procedures and able to identify and refine work practices and procedures in own area
