The role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference within the Employee Services Hub to play a pivotal role in the HR shared services administrative operation, delivering a confidential, efficient, and effective professional HR and administrative support service. This role will allow you to explore the opportunities that a career in HR can deliver and support you with exactly what track you wish to follow as your career develops.
What will you be doing?
You will provide key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day queries from internal and external customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end administration across employment lifecycle activity, focusing on either onboarding or employee life cycle tasks, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
You should apply if
- You have proven experience in a high volume, busy administrative or HR transactional role, as well as excellent Office 365 skills, a quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes with ease
- You will be a natural problem solver, always looking for the answer yourself before asking how to solve an issue
- You have excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive customer-focused approach and are a great team player
- You enjoy working in a busy environment and can respond positively to change
