Triangle is hiring for a new HR Administrator to join us on a part time contract for 8 hours per week (plus possible extra hours during peak periods)
The work can be completed either fully from home on a flexible basis or can be worked partly in the office in Woodingdean, Brighton if preferred.
Main duties include:
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Processing expense claims
- Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- Answering any employee enquiries
- Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
- Completing admin tasks for new hires
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records

- CIPD 5 desirable (or studying towards)
