We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR Administrator to join our growing team. No prior experience in HR is required, but a willingness to learn is essential. We offer study support to gain CIPD Level 3 which will help you develop the skills and knowledge you will need in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and sending out offer letters
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations
- Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires and exit of employees
- Provide support to employees with HR-related queries
- Developing and reviewing of policies and procedures
- Help to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Supporting the Technical Training Manager and Compliance Manger with administrative task
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- No prior experience in HR is required, but a willingness to learn is essential
