We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level HR Administrator to join our growing team. No prior experience in HR is required, but a willingness to learn is essential. We offer study support to gain CIPD Level 3 which will help you develop the skills and knowledge you will need in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and sending out offer letters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations
  • Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires and exit of employees
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related queries
  • Developing and reviewing of policies and procedures
  • Help to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Supporting the Technical Training Manager and Compliance Manger with administrative task

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • No prior experience in HR is required, but a willingness to learn is essential
