The role:
A developmental role with scope to grow with the post holder. At entry point the role is responsible for providing efficient, administrative support to the HR function that includes maintaining employee records, providing accurate time and attendance data to payroll, coordinating recruitment, arranging health surveillance, induction for new starters, and training and development activity.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering a professional, helpful service to managers and employees about human resource policies, procedures, and practices. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strength in working with information systems and use them to improve efficient ways of working, be highly organised and disciplined, have common sense and be self-drive to achieve exceptional standards in productivity.
Educated to A ‘level or equivalent standard, and evidence of organisation and administration skills is critical. No previous experience in Human Resource required,
Your normal hours of work will be 37½ per week, Monday to Friday.
This is an on-site based role.
