Job description

This is a new role is to provide comprehensive and effective administration support to the businesses’ HR and HSQE functions which support all aspects of the business, in a fast-paced dynamic working environment. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships and actively supporting key HR initiatives across the business. Responsibility for the application of core HR processes across the employee life cycle. Administering the company management system ensuring compliance deadlines are met and Health and Safety, Quality and Environment administration is kept up to date and filed correctly.

Duties include:

  • Assist in managing the on-boarding processes including pre/post new joiner logistics, right to work processing, digital file management, employee entitlements, annual leave, first/last day process.
  • Administration of HR/Payroll Operations & communication and sign off with different departments.
  • Assist in preparing PQQ’s and tenders.
  • Update company policies and procedures as required.
  • Collate, check compliance, and administer company procedural documentation within the management system.
  • Assist in the administration of day to day communications coming into the business as required.
  • Assist in the day to day operational administration and logistics of the business including fleet administration and hotel bookings.

This role would suit someone with either an HR or office administration background that is looking for a diverse role that they can grow into and make their own.

  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Entry level qualifications in HR, Health & Safety or business administration.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Proficient communication skills with experience of communicating with a variety stakeholders.
  • Ability to organise and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to show initiative and work effectively either on your own or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
