· We employ General Practitioners, with key areas of clinical excellence and a compassionate manner in order to provide the highest quality of holistic care for all patients.

HR Administrator
We have a great opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team! This is a fixed term role for a 6-month period to support South Coast Medical Group with an exciting period of change. The role is part-time, ideally 25 hours per week and would suit candidates with administration experience and/or those with a recruitment background.
You will be working as part of an efficient and responsive HR team to provide pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations across six GP surgeries.
· Strong focus on recruitment activity and embedding an enhanced leavers process; linking in regularly with the HR Advisor to identify key areas of focus and complete the actions required each week
· Ensuring consistency with JD’s, PS and Adverts
· Managing recruitment processes i.e., signposting & guiding recruiting managers
· Standardizing pre-employment checks – DBS. Hep B, risk assessments
· Managing Indeed and innovating re recruitment advertising- link with IT/DCC re social media
· Undertaking Exit interviews
· Updating internal communications and HR records
· Monitoring and recording appraisal enabling enhanced reporting for each site/team
· Completing ad-hoc national reporting requirements
· Note-taking at management mtgs
