Size Group are a high end residential building contractor - building some of the finest homes in London and the Home Counties. We have grown considerably over the last 13 years and expanded our team to over 130 members of staff. It's a very exciting time for the business as we are very busy with winning new projects.
We are looking for a HR administrator to join the team and assist the head of HR with tasks such as the following
Your day to day;
- Administration of all recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, supporting managers with sifting and review of candidates, notetaking at interviews and undertaking right to work and reference checks
- Organising and running our induction process, working alongside managers to create inductions plans, ensuring online mandatory training is completed and co-ordinating the completion of probation reviews.
- Co-ordinating the Companys staff development meetings (reviews) potential to note take and help administer.
- Undertaking all people related admin tasks, including updating of People systems, drafting letters, note taking, completing reference requests and resignation acknowledgments.
- Supporting, co-ordinating and actively involved in engagement initiatives across the property.
- New Starter process - IT/Evalu-8 profile, links and welcome emails.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Organising seminars
- Team lunches/ charity events
- helping to manage Graduate journeys and expectations.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally the post holder will have experience within admistration or HR and will be a very strong administrator with a warm and friendly personality.
A confident communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to influence others to achieve results.
Excellent computer and systems skills, ideally having used some forms of software for marketing purposes.
A high degree of attention to detail is essential. It’s vital to have excellent organisation skills and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.

Salary: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
