HR Administrator – Saint-Gobain UK&ROI – East Leake, Loughborough

At Saint-Gobain we are looking to hire for the role of, HR Administrator, In the role you will be Responsible for delivering excellent day to day HR administrative support to all Saint-Gobain UK businesses across a wide range of HR processes and systems, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to retirement.
Saint-Gobain in the UK and Ireland includes some of the best-known and respected companies in the construction sector including British Gypsum, Weber, Isover, Glassolutions, Saint-Gobain PAM, and Ecophon. Together they offer a range of high-performance energy-saving products and solutions to help create great living places and improve daily life.
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis – 2 office and 3 from home days.
(You will be required to attend the office for the first 4 weeks of employment for induction and training purposes)
What you will be doing:
- Generate and administer accurate contracts and amendments for new starters
- Keep accurate employment records, and ensure business compliance standards are met through ensuring relevant right to work, visa, and other checks are done correctly
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, line managers and HR colleagues, answering their queries where possible and directing them to other sources of support where needed
- Become an expert user in our key HR systems (e.g., Moov, Boost, Bubble) and carry out all required back-office processes to ensure that these systems can be used effectively across the organisation
- Provide support to users of our key HR systems across the UK & Ireland to ensure that they have a positive user experience
- Support our internal customers to know how to access self-service HR admin resources, providing excellent customer service but ensuring self-service options are used wherever possible
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Highly computer literate – good working knowledge of all Office packages
