Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and at our Corby site.

As part of our growth, we are hiring a number of People (HR) Administrators to join our People Services team at this exciting time.
You will be the first line response for all People (HR) related queries, you will interact with employees, managers, Centres of Expertise, People Business Partners, and third-party suppliers.
What you will do
- Support employees with policy and process queries via phone, webchat & email.
- Act as the first point of contact for all managers to funnel their queries to the right place.
- Coach and develop the skills and competencies of managers in how to improve the performance of their people.
- Exchange ideas and information effectively.
- Work with other People colleagues to understand best practices and represent People Services.
- Work with appropriate systems and processes (case management, employee portal, HRIS, knowledge base, careers website, intranet, and My Academy.
- Actively contributes towards the development and continuous improvement of People systems, processes, content, and procedures delivering more efficient services and cost improvements.

- Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems is desirable
- Experience of People related processes, policies and procedures is desirable
