Pay iO is a startup Fintech company providing services in foreign currency exchange, transfers and digital banking to UK & EU based businesses. We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team.
We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic person who is ready to dive into projects and is flexible to assist across a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will also need outstanding attention to detail and love working with systems and using new tech platforms to help you in your role. We are ideally looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role but we are also open to new graduates or colleague leavers who can demonstrate their transferable skills to excel in this role.

What will this role include?.
· Provide administrative support to the CEO, Commercial Director and the wider team
· Prepare minutes for face to face and online meetings
· Prepare documents, emails, presentations, and reports using templates in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Coordinate travel, accommodation, and expenses for the team
· Manage the IT set up for team members and maintain the IT equipment register
· Organise team socials, birthday and events
· Organise and maintain online filing systems
· Create and manage system logins for the team
· Order office stationery and catering supplies
· Answer the phone and maintain the phone log
· Maintain client databases
· Oversee the onboarding process for new starters
· Support with recruitment and HR tasks
· Maintain the holiday and sickness trackers
· Photocopying, scanning and filing appropriate documents.
Experience required:
· A outstanding written and spoken language and grammar.
· Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Team Administrator/ PA or Office Manager is desired, but not essential.
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality, ready to dive into projects and assist when required.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments.
- Right to work in the UK
