Do you want to contribute to the exhilarating growth of a global brand? We are scaling up our business and this is an exciting opportunity to join our internal Talent Acquisition team to help facilitate large volumes of talented individuals joining us. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Talent Administrator to be responsible for all recruitment process administration.
You will be working very closely and efficiently with our experienced recruiters in taking responsibility for the end-to-end interview process, delivering a superb experience to both hiring managers and candidates.
- Taking responsibility for the co-ordination of the recruitment process for large volumes of candidates from first interview through to verbal offer.
- Entering and updating candidate data in PA’s Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters).
- Managing and prioritising candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure a smooth running and timely process.
- Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers working with multiple time-zones.
- Ensure a high level of service is delivered around administration and process queries from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with and managing external agencies and search firms.
- Raising complex purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
- Managing interview logistics – room bookings, catering requirements and scheduling internal feedback meetings.
- Managing Right to Work checks across the Talent team and maintaining correspondence to ensure a full audit trail for each candidate.
- Organising candidate events and preparing materials and equipment. Creating meeting agendas and schedules.
In order to fulfil this role, you do not have to have experience in organising job interviews, however this is useful. Demonstrable experience of organising events or any kind of busy administrative role would be an advantage.
- You will possess excellent attention to detail and have well developed organisation and time management skills
- You are able to prioritise your workload, often thinking on your feel and using your initiative
- You are energetic and possess personal resilience with the ability to manage competing demands in a complex, matrixed environment. You should have the ability to lead yourself through ambiguity and change, often in a fast-paced atmosphere
- You will be able to use information systems including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
- You are an excellent communicator and will easily communicate with a diverse client group.
- You have the ability to manage large volumes of candidates at any one time
- You will bring a commitment to providing excellent customer service
