HR Administrator
We are looking for a detail orientated and resourceful applicant who will help within the HR team. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our rapidly growing team and will add real value to the company. - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager and team
- Compile and update employee personnel records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, disciplinaries etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Produced documented minutes for all necessary meetings conducted.
- Providing support through tasks such as data entry, printing.
PERFORMANCE GOALS
- Ensuring the company’s processes comply with employment law.
- Always maintain integrity and confidentiality.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.
- Maintain confidentiality of human resource personnel files and records.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist HR Manager and Team with relevant tasks as and when required.
