We are delighted to seek applicants for the Trust wide role of HR Administrator.
You will join the central HR Team for the Trust, providing support to our schools, enabling us to recruit, develop and retain outstanding staff to provide exceptional education for all students.
This role is customer focused, with a particular emphasis on supporting the recruitment process, managing HR data and compliance. The successful candidate will be based in our central support office on the Piper Hill High School Sixth Form site (Greenacres office), working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Officer.
This role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week) working all year round.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and posting vacancy adverts
- Working in partnership with school colleagues to coordinate shortlisting and interview/assessment stages
- Processing extensive pre-employment vetting checks to support safer recruitment in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all administration activities, providing regular reports to HR and school colleagues
- Processing payroll and contract changes for colleagues
About the Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Share our commitment to ensuring we recruit, develop and retain outstanding staff for our schools and central Trust teams
- Demonstrate an understanding of how this role has a direct impact on the quality of education we provide to young people
- Have excellent organisational skills, be able to maintain accurate up to date documentation and care about getting the details right
- Be confident prioritising your workload
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
- Be confident using Office 365 (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams), training will be provided on specific systems used by the HR team
