Job description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
- Provide advice and assistance to employees regarding their rights and benefits.
- Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, and orientation processes.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Resolve employee grievances or complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £24,218.00-£28,864.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Salesforce: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
