THE ROLE

Working within a supportive HR team, you will provide seamless administrative support for external clients across a range of generalist HR services. Our client is seeking someone who is highly organised, can work a pace and manage a range of tasks with competing priorities to deadline. You don’t need to have HR experience, my client would like to hire someone who can deliver in a busy administrative role who an interest in HR.

  • Providing administrative work to support the HR team.
  • Responsible for various HR processes such as new starter and leavers procedures
  • Meeting new joiners, chasing outstanding documentation, reference checking and processing leavers’ documentation.
  • Administration of various employee benefits.
  • Putting together contracts of employment and offer packs and updating HR systems.
  • Responding to HR inboxes queries.
  • Providing general HR advice and support to managers and staff on company policies, procedures, payroll and benefits.

  • You will be someone who enjoys a busy role with a varied workload.
  • Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good numerical, oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team and deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
