Job description

HR Administrator

A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery and now looking for a HR Administrator to work alongside their HR Manager based in Leeds.

You will be responsible for:

· Providing day to day administrative support to the HR Manager

· Provide general HR support to employee queries and line management.

· Managing the new starter process including issuing offers and contracts of employment as well as performing employee inductions.

· Liaise with payroll including new starters, leavers, sickness and salary increases.

· Setting up new employee files, streamlining processes as well as understanding all company policies and procedures.

You must be CIPD level 3 qualified or currently studying towards CIPD level 3; have 2-3 years’ experience of working within a HR administration or HR support capacity within a manufacturing, engineering or technical based business and now looking for an opportunity to progress you career further within HR and for a high reputable business.

Training support to CIPD level 5 provided for the successful individual.

This position is offering a salary in the region of £30,000 - £32,000 together with a range of competitive benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
