Our HR team is expanding and we're looking for a* HR Administrator* to join us!
If you're an experienced HR professional or competent Administrator looking to get into HR, this could be an excellent role for you.
Our amazing HR team support our 500+ strong team with all matters relating to HR, Recruitment and Payroll. This position will support the HR team with HR and Learning & Development Administration tasks.

What you'll be doing:*
- Managing the 'HR’ and ‘Learning & Development’ emails to deal with queries in a timely manner
- Issuing employment offers / contracts and processing changes to terms
- Updating our in-house database with starters and leavers
- Managing the onboarding process for our new starters, including managing HR and Benefits inductions
- Updating employee e-files and finance/payroll folders
- Managing our Learning Management System (LMS), assigning courses and producing reports
- Coordinating our firm wide training programmes, including Welcome to Bidwells, our annual Graduate / Apprentice Development Programme and our fortnightly CPD sessions
- Accurately recording and maintaining employee training records
- Arranging meetings for the HR Team
- Coordinating our annual promotion process
- Keeping our Learning & Development intranet site up to date
- Researching courses and suitable training providers
- To be involved in any ad-hoc projects as and when required
- To provide administrative assistance to the HR Team

What we need from you:*
- GCSE grades of C and above, in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Ideally experienced using training or HR systems
- IT Literate in various Microsoft products, but advanced knowledge and capabilities in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Good numerical skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Pro active and able to use your initiative
- Any previous HR knowledge is desirable but not essential
