We have an exciting opportunity for a People Team Administrator to join the People Team based at our Distribution Centre in Bedford. This role is responsible for providing effective and efficient People Team administrative support to our Distribution Centre.
As People team administrator, you will work closely with colleagues in the people team function and across the DC. You will focus on all elements of HR and Recruitment support and guidance, dealing with colleague concerns, ER, absence management, maintaining employee records, support with new starters and induction

The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Great attention to detail and able to work on own initiative
- The ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment
- Confidence to build strong internal relationships across the business
- Excellent time management, able to work at pace with accuracy
- Drive, self-motivation and a positive can-do attitude are also a must!
