Job Purpose
This role involves a wide variety of administrative activities within the HR People & Culture function.
Duties
- Providing HR administrative support across the entire employee life cycle, i.e., starters, changes, and leavers
- Providing support to employees and managers whilst delivering a consistent approach to people and culture processes and procedures
- Delivering administrative support during meetings, i.e., note taking as necessary.
- Maintaining confidential records in the HR system
- Providing support with HR projects as required
- Assisting with monthly HR metrics
Experience & Skills Required
- Ideally you will have experience within HR.
- Proven ability to use MS Office suite to an intermediate level, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising and multi-tasking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Great customer service approach
- English and Maths at GCSE Grades A to C (or equivalent
