The leading charity for older people Age UK, have an exciting new opportunity in our People Team.
We are thrilled to be recruiting for a full-time HR Administrator. This varied role will support the HR Operations team to deliver a customer-centric general HR Administration service to the Age UK Group.
This post offers hybrid working between home and our South Devon office, situated in the picturesque town of Ashburton.
If you have experience working with MS Office and are interested in developing a career in an HR administration function, this could be the role for you!
Must haves:
- Some experience of working in an administration role or use of MS Office / emails and database.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Excel to set up spreadsheets, analyse and process data to illustrate salary costs and forecasts.
- Results focussed with the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a focus on professional standards.
- A team player with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of people.
- Good communicator working across numerous teams and providing a service to a remote team.
- Sound planning and organising ability and good attention to detail.
