HR Administrator
Based in Blackburn and established for over 20 years, ACS Specialist Cleaning Ltd provide hygiene services nationally. Working predominantly in the food and industrial sectors, we deliver a variety of high-quality services, including high-level cleaning, silo, ducting and production hygiene maintenance.
We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated individual to join our expanding team as a Human Resource & Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with exemplary communication and organisation skills.
The role involves, but is not limited to;
- Recruitment; Job advert creation, shortlisting, interviews.
- Employee inductions & processing of all relevant company documentation.
- Employee liaison; Appraisals, Reviews, Disciplinaries, Grievances.
- Management of employee training requirements.
- Workwear management.
- Review and maintenance of company policies & procedures.
- Application & maintenance of company licences & certification.
- General office administration tasks and assisting colleagues.
- Daily co-ordination with the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience in a Human Resource role.
- Knowledge of TUPE process.
- The ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines.
- Able to solve problems and challenges both individually and within a team.
- Capable of build strong relationships with colleagues with a polite and professional approach.
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong MS Office skills inc. Word & Excel.
Hours of Work:
25hrs / Wk, Mon – Fri
(overtime available)
Start & finish time negotiable
28 Days Annual Leave inc. Bank holidays
