Real Estate Team Administrator – Shrewsbury
About the Role
As a Team Administrator your role will include:
- Working with lawyers to produce accurate legal documents and correspondence
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
- Handling telephone calls when required
- Manage fee earner diaries
Previous experience of working in a law firm is an advantage but not essential. You will also need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems.
This role is suited to a person with a pro-active and positive attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.
Organisational skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
We are looking for a candidate to become a valued member of our friendly team with an appreciation of the need to maintain confidentiality and the desire to deliver a high level of customer service.
Hours of work & Benefits
This is a full time position based at our Shrewsbury office but we would consider either flexible or part time working for the right candidate.
