Department
HR sits within the People Team where, as a team, we deliver the full employee lifecycle. The People team is a supportive and friendly team of professionals who support 3 UK and 4 overseas satellite offices in all ‘People and HR’ matters.
Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong administration and organisational skills. This role would be ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who is looking to progress their career within HR. We’re looking for someone who can support the team with the full employee lifecycle through use of our HRIS and forms of technology aswell as being involved with adhoc people/HR projects and events that we run.
You will be someone with a ‘can do’ attitude ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ with a strong sense of team, who has a genuine interest in HR and strong IT skills who is looking to join a steadily expanding and exciting team.
Role duties:
- Provide admin support to the HR team
- Input data into the HRIS (BambooHR) in a timely manner
- Maintain employees files in an accurate and organised manner on the HRIS
- Support new joiners and leavers and administer the full employee lifecycle
- Assist the teams with onboarding and off boarding
- Run background checks for all new starters
- Run and monitor data for absence and annual leave
- Run a variety of HR reports and help with the analysis
- Support and participate in adhoc projects and events.
Is this you?
- A strong desire to build career in HR essential
- Prior experience to HR administration
- Strong IT and systems skills
- Can do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background in professional or financial services preferable
