Job description
You will:
- Handle HR , recruitment and administrative activities for team members
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and candidates
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Level 1 user on the Sponsorship Management: System, create, assign and withdraw CoS
- Perform other Administrative, HR & Professional services tasks as needed by the team.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a British citizen or EU settled in the UK
- Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team
- Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel to intermediate level is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
This role starts as a 100% remote role.
