THE TEAM
This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations HR Business Partnering and the CSR and Diversity team.
You will be joining the HR Administration Team, a team responsible for the delivery and management of the full life cycle of HR administration activities firmwide (UK, Europe, Asia and Middle East). The team, who are critical to the HR delivery to the business, currently consists of a HR Administration Manager, 4 HR Administration Advisors, 7 HR Administration Assistants and an Administrator all based in our Manchester office.
The HR team is supportive, motivated and down to earth, we work closely together to find innovative solutions and provide the best service possible. Within the Team we have evidenced the progression, opportunities and investment in individual's career paths and professional development.
THE ROLE – WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
This is a part time role (21 hours) Wednesday – Friday on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
The principal responsibility is to deliver a generalist HR administration and advisory service to the Firm adhering to standard processes, ensuring the service is provided in an efficient and effective manner, in line with service level agreements. Below gives an over
