Role Title: HR Assistant
Reports To: Human Resources, Team Leader
Department: National Enforcement Solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9am until 5pm. £20,475 per annum.
Role:
Based in our Deeside office, you will provide professional and administrative support, focused on the recruitment and onboarding of new employees within the business.
Due to fast growth within the industry, we are looking to recruit new employees. The successful applicant will have full access to databases and work to KPI’s that involve ensuring candidates are contacted for interview

Key Accountabilities Key Activities:
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g., answering emails and drafting job offer letters)
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with C.V screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews
- Process background checks
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Daily tasks will involve responding to applicants and searching for potential candidates
- Ensuring candidates are vetted to a high standard, including DBS checks
- Check application forms are completed
- Reference checks
- Driving Licence checking
- Handle the onboarding of new starters & ensuring training is carried out
- Scheduling rosters
- Assisting with payroll
- I.T Skills and good knowledge of Excel and Word are essential for this role.
