We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our successful, well established internship program at Ferrero. We work closely with our interns to ensure their program is rewarding, exciting and provides the most relevant skills for their future careers. You will have real responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to value-add projects, learning from the very best minds in the industry. As well as the valuable work experience you will gain, you will be part of a group of interns working and learning together.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be working with several teams within the HR Function, providing valuable support to different areas, such as HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, HR Shared Service Centre, and Recruitment.

Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing:

  • Support the HR team with all the daily activities related to the Ferrero employees life-cycle and the main HR processes (Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, Individual Development Plan etc.);
  • Be involved in special projects and initiatives related to the HR field, with the aim of continuously improving Ferrero work environment/opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs in successfully leading the recruitment process, making sure to guarantee high levels of quality, speed and candidate experience;
  • Attend companywide business updates and presentations where appropriate;
  • Be customer focused by supporting the HR team with employees queries about HR-related issues;
  • Wherever feasible, help HR check data quality in the systems (CVs, Org. Charts, MyProfile etc.).

Who we are looking for:

You will be have a natural curiosity, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with a data driven and analytical approach; and organized mindset and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Great communicator, with a flexible approach towards different people. Positive attitude, proactivity, high motivation and passion about Ferrero.

  • Testing stage week of the 20th March
  • Assessment Center April 2023

The program starts between July – September 2023 and will be a 12 months program.
