An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Coventry Office for a fulltime Housing Services Manager to lead a highly motivated team, providing day to day housing management and support services.

The successful candidate will be joining a leading charity providing a range of life-changing services for the local community. With a turnover of over £5m, we house over 300 young people, most of whom previously were homeless, and support them to get their lives back on track.

The Housing Services Manager role:
As a Housing Services Manager, you will lead a multidisciplined team in a dynamic environment and you will be committed to constantly improving services to meet challenging targets and obtain best value for our customers.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge required as our Housing Services Manager:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Relevant degree
- Professional Housing Qualification
- Management and supervisory experience in managing team successfully.
- Demonstratable Leadership skills and behaviours
- A successful track record of achievement within housing or a similar field
- Experience of managing services for vulnerable people
- Housing Knowledge
- Housing acts
