About the Role and Person
- 35 hours per week
- Fixed Term Contract for 2 Years.
A bit about what’s going in the business and why this role is vacant and the impact this role can have..
Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:
- Assist the wider team with administration duties.
- Attend appointments and home visits with Housing Partners.
- Manage a small patch of tenancies.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of interactions with customers.
- Develop networks and partnerships with relevant external agencies.
- Help with a range of project work, applying learned skills as part of a project team.
- Provide advice to tenants and support the implementation of decisions where
- Provide customers with housing information as required.
- Work alongside Housing Partners to investigate customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
- Adhere to Accent’s Allocations & Lettings Policy and statutory regulations.
Special Conditions:
A traineeship is a work-based training programme that leads to an industry approved qualification. As part of this job role the post holder will be expected to undertake a recognised and approved course of study leading to a Level 3 and Level 4 in Housing. In addition, the post holder will be expected to attain certification with Chartered Institute of Housing.

Location
Hempsted, Peterborough Patch
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to the locations listed in the advert. We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as we meet our customer’s needs.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £22,212 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
This post will also receive a car allowance of £1,250 per annum. For this role you will need access to your own vehicle and a full valid UK Driving Licence.
