Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Housing Officer
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Housing Officer in the Housing Team operating across the North East.
About the role
To provide and effective housing and estate management service to our customers and letting void properties within a defined patch. To support and empower customers to sustain their tenancies and to ensure that our estates are well managed and safe places for our communities, this role will operate over several areas.

- Housing Officer - Permanent role
- Salary is £33,445 per annum (FTE) plus a Karbon car payment of £2152 per annum (pro-rata for part time)
- Location: Hexham, Morpeth, Newcastle/North Tyneside, Gateshead/South Tyneside/Sunderland, Chester-le Street, Durham/Sacristion - Please specify which location you're interested in on your application. Please note Option 6 (Teeside) is no longer available.
- Regular travel will be required
- Full time - 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working. Part time hours also available.
