The Hotel features 223 well-appointed guest bedrooms and an on-site restaurant and an on-site bar, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit two Housekeeping Supervisors on to the team.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be required to;
- Effectively manage the department to ensure cleanliness of all public areas, bedrooms and corridors.
- Ensure all housekeeping reports, including daily discrepancy reports are given to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure the cleaning cost per room is maintained within company standards.
- Recruit, train and develop all housekeeping staff.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in 100+bedroom hotel. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
