We are delighted to be looking to recruit Housekeeping/Room attendant Team members to join our great team of professional and dedicated individuals.
The main responsibilities/requirements for the role will be (but not limited to):
· The main role of the position is to ensure that the 12 guest bedrooms, corridors, and public areas including the toilets are cleaned to the required standard and always well presented
· Excellent customer care skills will be required to meet any guest’s requests in a polite and timely manner
· Assisting with stock control of housekeeping supplies and minimising wastage of products, liaising with the laundry company as required
· Good organisational skills and follow deep cleaning schedules for the bedrooms, corridors, and public toilets
· Ability to work alone or as a part of a team and able to work under pressure without compromising standards
· Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all rooms meet the required standard prior to guests arriving, reporting any maintenance requirements to the duty management team
· Work within all agreed Health and Safety standards
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ previous housekeeping experience, preferably within a similar-sized property, with a good knowledge of housekeeping methods and procedures.
